This show is dedicated to the unarmed black men killed by police across the United States. We started the show with news coverage about Chavis Carter, a 21-year-old black male who was found dead from a gunshot while handcuffed in the back of a Jonesboro police patrol car on July 29th, 2012. Extra dedication to Bobby Moore, Ernest Hopskins Jr, Eric Garner, Trayvon Martin, & many others who are victims of injustice. We were joined by Melanie Lacy & Kelanie Campbell of Harambee Market.
